Here is the Job Description Position: SAP Production Support Lead/Project Lead Location: San Diego, CA Duration: 12 Months Position Type: Contract Qualifications: Minimum of five years of experience in SAP software and 5 years experience in team leadership required. Experience in SAP CRM 5.0 a must. CRM 7.0 experience desired. 5 years ABAP Developement experience. Experience supporting SAP CRM production systems required and knowledge of SAP/ERP a plus. Experience with release management and Agile development methods, working with Basis resources and PI resources will be required. Must have experience with SAP tools such as Solution Manager/Charm, experience with Mercury Quality center a plus. Excellent communication and organizational skills required. Responsibilities: Provide leadership for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team in the area of Marketing and Customer Programs. This position is a backfill for the production support team lead. Provide technical and architectural oversite and guidance. Responsible for release management, day to day production support and workload management for a team of 7-10 resources. Develop relationships and integrate activities with other IT teams and departments. Foster and maintain relationships with clients from Business Units, provide business and technical consultation, and meet expected service levels.
