LOCATION : TULSA, OK DURATION : 6months *Description* *Summary: This position will conduct various planning and analysis duties for technology programs and related projects. Evaluates implementation schedules and activities and advises where gaps and dependencies exist. Will track, schedule and coordinate meetings in numerous simultaneous locations. May design, conduct, and evaluate test models where IT or Business Team leadership requires. Communicates overlapping or conflicting project requirements, risks and schedule to leadership. Will provide Microsoft Project support for program and portfolio activities. Administers PMO and eEnabling SharePoint sites to optimize collaboration opportunities for internal and external team members. Maintain PMO relationships, acting as a business analyst for IT projects or filling organizational roles above an administrative level, but below a management level. Other responsibilities may include maintaining all project management processes, including project goals, deadlines, metrics and budget. Education/Experience o Bachelor degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. o 2-4 years experience required Responsibility level o Exercises moderate independent judgment with direction from supervisor Skills o Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills and interpersonal skills (Required) o Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time (Required) o Capable of assimilating large volumes of detailed information. Organizing and presenting material in simple terms. (Required) o Must work well under deadlines and high volume stress of project work.
