*Location: Minong, WI* *Contract for hire or direct Hire * Senior MM Business System Analyst responsible for supporting the SAP (MM) Material Management and PP (Production Planning) modules. This position will provide business system solutions and support to the following areas and organizations: Manufacturing, Purchasing, Planning, Inventory Management, ECO, Forecasting, Sales and Operations Planning, Product Costing and 3rd party Application interfaces. Description Perform project management roll on larger projects, improve business processes, and document requirements for business process functionality, system interfaces, data, and user requirements following structured development techniques. This role provides deliverables to the development team members and provides such skills as problem solving, inter-personal communications, project management, requirements gathering, and configuration management; develop project artifacts, design reviews, application testing, and presentation skills. You will participate in ERP global projects / responsible for any or all aspects of the System Development Life Cycle - from conceptual phase through implementation. You will be part of a team that supports post-implementation and ensures global SLAs are achieved. *MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS* BS Degree in a computer related field or Equivalent work experience. 7 - 10 years minimum Business Application experience Proficient at Project Management Understands current and emerging IT technologies Proficient with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Familiarity with SQL/Relational Databases Proficient in Testing and Documentation using established methodologies Proficient in conducting meetings Proficient in scoping, planning, and estimating projects. Proficient in process and data modeling techniques and best practices Expert in defining detailed business requirements Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical personnel Excellent communication skills. Excellent problem solving skills. Excellent attention to detail.
