Applicant must meet ALL of these requirements.
We are in need of a Firewall Administrator in the Bethlehem, PA.
*Minimum Requirements: *
• Must have an expert level experience working with Check Point
NGX Firewalls/VPN, Smart Center Server & Smart Dashboard.
• Must have an expert level experience working with Cisco ASA,
FWSM Firewalls & Cisco Security Manager.
• Hands-on experience with Check Point and Cisco firewall
administration activities such as clean up firewall rules, objects, groups,
upgrade and maintenance.
• Validation of ACLs/firewall rule set effectiveness and
optimization to improve performance monitoring.
• Experience working with operating systems such as Windows and
Linux/Red Hat.
• Excellent knowledge of TCP/IP protocols.
• Ability to decode the TCP/IP packets for troubleshooting using
Wireshark/Tcpdump.
• After hours on-call rotating schedule - ?
*Pluses:*
• Cisco & Check Point Certifications is a plus
