*Description:*

1.       Min 4 years of Domain experience in Employee compensation and
Employee Personnel Development

2.       Min 5  years of Experience in SAP HCM  and 3 years of Experience in
SAP eRecruitement

3.       3 implementation experience in Performance management, at least one
PMS implementation in PMS EHP4

4.       2 implementation experience in SAP Compensation management and PD

5.       Good Communication Skill

6.       Should have worked in ESS / MSS projects
