Network Admin Roles and Responsibilities - a) End to End 24x7 Infrastructure monitoring and error reporting (Server, Network, OS ) b) End to End 24x7 Application monitoring and error reporting (App/DB Monitoring) c) Ensure uptime of IT resources d) Coordinate with Helpdesk/OSS for Incident and Change management e) Monitor and run health checkup for infrastructure f) Monitor backup and recovery jobs g) Basic triaging based on Knowledge Articles Skill Set required - a) BSc./ Diploma or BCA with minimum 1 year experience b) Hardware , MCP , A+ or CompTIA certification would be an advantage c) Willing to work in shifts 24x7 d) Excellent communication skills required e) Should be able to perform in multitasking and high pressure environment f) Awareness in ITIL processes is desirable 2.
