Duration : Long Term *Responsibilities:* The primary responsibilities of the Global SAP/BW Support Analyst position are to monitor the BW production job schedule, remediate failures, document and communicate failures and resolutions, and analyze patterns of failures in order to determine root cause as well as identify and implement performance improvements. The analyst will also assist with daily SAP/BW system administrative activities; upgrade testing and other BW processing in support of SAP project initiatives. In addition to support activities the position will be responsible to communicate to the global teams on support items to ensure effective sharing of the work flow. The individual must be motivated and self-driven to follow up on issues and proactively drive them to resolution.
