Oracle BPM Sr. developer (Only development exp)
1. Understand & analyze business process and business rules requirements
2. Understand and work with customer stakeholders such as sponsors, users,
SMEs, support etc
3. Recommend process improvements to reduce waste and continuously improve
performance
4. Develop and maintain an enterprise view of business processes,
identifying cross-functional relationships and interdependencies
5. Troubleshoot user queries regarding behavior of the Workspace etc.
6. Drive design decisions during the design
7. Should be hands-on with modeling business processes in Oracle BPM Studio
10.3
7.1 Understand the various implementation types for interactive
activities
7.2 Understand when and how to create sub-processes
7.3 Understand BPM Object model creation techniques
8. Should be able to do basic development (Variable updation, activity
assignment etc) in PBL
9. Should be able to write and execute functional test cases and lead the
user acceptance testing phases of the project
