Please send me matching profiles along with expected monthly rate and contact information *Position- **ColdFusion Developer* *Location- Redlands, CA* *Duration- 6+ Months* * * *Description: * The ColdFusion developer will report to the Information Services department manager and will be primarily responsible for developing highly interactive client-side applications. This role will work heavily with ColdFusion, SQL, and other supporting technologies. The ColdFusion developer will need to be able to work well with clients and other developers, and will needs to understand object oriented concepts and development practices. This position requires a bachelor’s degree or greater in computer science, or a related field; and a minimum of 3 years experience in web development. *Developer Duties:*** · Develop scalable, maintainable, and robust applications using ColdFusion and SQL · Strong knowledge of object oriented development and design. · Create test plans and develop test suites for integration and unit testing. · Manage versioning and deployment of application source code, including source control management, branching, tagging, etc. · Design and develop web applications from scratch, or from application design documents. · Work with clients to gather and understand business needs and requirements, document those requirements, and create functional prototypes to address them. *Technical requirements:*** · Adobe CF version 7 at minimum. · SQL 2000 & SQL 2008. · ColdBox framework preferable. · Knowledge of FuseBox. · JavaScript, including the jQuery library. · Work experience in a full Software Development life cycle, with strong emphasis in testing. · Web application troubleshooting skills highly desirable. · Previous use of a source control system.
