*Personnel Qualifications*

Resource shall have work experience in AVAYA Contact Center Application and
Communication Manager with solid contact center skills; possess and
demonstrate basic skills in problem solving, analytical, time management,
and decision making, customer service and communication skills; and, results
must maintain accuracy.



*Consulting services to be performed*

To help provides basic technical support and trouble shooting of call center
technology.  Consultant will perform tasks and provide Deliverables under
the general direction of Client including but not limited to the following:

*Contact** Center** Support*

·         Simple Vector Changes including but not limited to

o        Time of day changes

o        Inserting announcements

·         Copying current vectors from one Communication Manager (CM) to
another

·         Copying BSR tables from one CM to another

o        Update existing VDNS BSR tables

·         Proof Vectors for logical call flow

·         Troubleshoot issues with agents

·         Add VDNs with VDN variables and BSR tables

·         Build Holiday tables

·         Build UDP codes

·         Skill Changes

o        Service Objective

o        Add Reserve Agent coding

·         CMS Permissions (one ACD to a new ACD)

·         CMS Call Profile for Skill and VDNs

·         Work with Premier Performance Center from Verizon to request toll
free number changes.

·         Add Agent Ids

·         Add Skills

·         Update Direct Dial Database and Speed Dial database via toll free
application

·         Migrate Auto Attendant from voicemail into vector prompting

o        Include communication with business unit

o        Testing

·         Handle trouble tickets during business hours

·         Analysis CMS report and answer questions regarding reports

·         Update Central Manager and station form for One X Agent users

·         Update set ids of toll free numbers

·         Take Helpline calls

*Position Summary:*

The Voice team is responsible for deploying and managing voice technologies
throughout Client. The team's goal is excellence in providing voice services
throughout the firm. We're looking for individuals to help shape the
technology, process, and operations that make up voice services within the
firm. The IT Telecom Associate is part of a team responsible for the
day-to-day *administration, operation, and support of client's voice
infrastructure* *(Avaya CM, Avaya MM, Cisco Call Manager, Verint Call
Recording and other related technologies).* This person must be a *hands-on
Avaya technology* expert and must be able to operate and help improve the
existing processes. This role includes 24x7 off-hours support
responsibilities.

*Responsibilities would include:*

Respond to, resolve, or escalate all incidents and requests within the
accepted SLA

Demonstrate ownership of assigned requests and on call responsibilities

Communicate clearly and in a timely manner to end-users about the status of
their requests

Monitor environment for operational excellence

Identify and escalate risks in the environment

Look to evolve the telephony infrastructure to maintain client at the
forefront of communications technologies

*Position Requirements:*

College degree

Deep experience with *Avaya telephony* including both line and trunk side*H.323
*and* SIP.*

Familiar with *DHCP, DNS, QoS* designs as it impacts *VOIP telephony*

Understanding of best in class monitoring platforms for *Avaya
infrastructure* *including RTCP voice quality monitoring, trunk capacity
analysis (Erlang calculations), etc.*

Familiar with call recording platform *(Verint, Nice, Cybertech)* along with
AES CTI integrations including *CMAPI, TSAPI, ASAI, and JTAPI*

Familiar with telco circuit provisioning and troubleshooting for all circuit
types including but not limited *to ISDN PRI / BRI, POTS, trading* *ARDs/MRDs,
SIP trunks*

Must effectively handle multiple streams of work – requests, incidents, and
projects with limited supervision

Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
