Job Title: Java / Swing Development Lead***Must come on our W2*** Location: West Coast Duration: 1 to 3 year duration. *Job Description*: Senior Java Swing Development Lead for a 1 to 3 year project. Technical Lead experience (including leadership of offshore resources) is key in this role. Technical experience must include an extensive server side J2EE development background. Swing experience is also key based on GUI development tasks. *Requirements include*: Technical Leadership skills Offshore/Onshore Model - must have led both offshore and onsite developers Extensive J2EE Server Side Development skills Swing is a must as well based on GUI based development tasks. Strong Client facing / communication skills as this resource is required to communicate across all business units.
