Unix Production Support Contractor

Job Responsibilities include:
Create and track system trouble requests (STR’s), create matrix for all
severity 1, 2 tickets to discuss with technology management as well as
business management on a weekly basis.
Creating PMR requests with IBM and SEI vendors for all the issues related to
their product application. Work closely with the vendor management to get
all the code changes for raised PMR.
Experience on issues related to Apache Tomcat and IIS servers.
Monitored window servers using cluster Manager.
