Sr. Java/J2EE reqs for your review: We are looking for a Sr. Java/J2EE Developer to help us build new functionality into our already exceptional proprietary tracking system. Candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to design, develop and implement applications or provide modifications/enhancements based on the systems development lifecycle. Must be able to simultaneously multi-task complex tasks to accomplish goals, able to work in fast paced environment as well as attention to detail. Strong written and oral communication skills as this will be a client facing role. This position will be interactive with colleagues and clients, so having a comfort level being client facing or previous consulting experience is preferred. The programmer will work with the users on requirements gathering as well as development. We’re essentially looking for a front-person to lead our development team.
