*Location: MINNETONKA, Minnesota *** *Duration: 6+ months * *Rate: market* Seeking a PeopleSoft HRMS Consultant to perform functional consulting with Canadian and International HR and Payroll while interacting with other HR Stakeholders to better understand current and future HRIS needs In addition, this individual will: Assist in the design and implementation of new or changes to existing HRIS Platform in order to support our International business Act as subject matter expert for PeopleSoft HRMS Global Platform Partner with HRIT in the design of systems and integration with other platforms. Diagnose complex HRMS and payroll design issues and make recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness within PeopleSoft Facilitate development and maintenance of International HRIS project plans and schedules related to ongoing projects and internal enhancement projects. Support acquisition initiatives related to International payroll and employee integration Establish and monitor processes to assess the quality of Payroll and HR data Assist in the creation of an enterprise reporting strategy Research and identify root causes for problems and own the resolution. Assist in the performance of configuration analysis and identify areas for enhancement/automation Assist in assessment of security design Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of employees. Troubleshoot and work with IT departments on all system related initiatives, upgrades and enhancements. Maintain effective relationships with key internal and external customers and vendors.
