Job Description: Plans, directs, and completes the analysis to support and enhance the Salesforce.com SFA functionality. Acts as primary Salesforce.com administrator for system updates, system configuration and integration of systems and applications. Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing Salesforce.com solutions that are cost effective, configurable, easy to maintain and meet user requirements. Acts as a liaison between the Salesforce.com user community and Salesforce.com team (Salesforce.com Program Manager, Process Analysts and Consultant - Bluewolf). Minimum Required Skills / Competencies: Qualifications: -Is recognized as an expert in their knowledge of the Sales Force Automation tools & processes and can work with the Business (Sales leadership, Sales Reps, B2B Ops, etc) to define requirements and core system functionality that will strategically solve for the entire picture as well as the details. -Has thoroughly demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce.com and Salesforce Automation Tools and can identify, evaluate and define & implement requirements, provide alternatives for system configuration changes (views, profiles, hierarchies, etc), system data changes (data fields, validation, reporting, etc), integration changes to upstream and downstream systems (hoovers, INPUT, web leads, etc), or identify if a change is a manual process (Sales policy, best practice, etc) taking into account the entire picture as well as the details. Generally assigned to Salesforce.com assigned tasks from program manager or responding to inquires in the Salesforce.com support inbox. -Has thoroughly demonstrated working knowledge to conceptualize, document, configure/develop/test/deploy, and communicate innovative Salesforce.com solutions to meet or exceed business objectives and can reconcile short-term solutions with long-term objectives and infrastructure strengths. -Applies and provides examples of best practice techniques for Salesforce.com configuration, user management, system management, data management, reporting, etc.. -Expert in Planning, facilitating, and participating in working sessions with Sales and Channel Management resources, including training sessions, and can do so independently. -MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio) -Demonstrates thorough working knowledge of various business process and system modeling tools including: Data Flow Diagrams, Process Models, ER diagrams, Dimensional Data Models, Context Models, Event Modeling, State Modeling, Process decomposition, and Use Case Scenarios -Demonstrates thorough working knowledge of the system development life cycle -Demonstrates thorough working knowledge to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task across many assignments, create deliverables and delegate to others as well as monitor their work for completion -Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes. -Technical writing skills producing clear and unambiguous deliverables -Salesforce.com system administrator skills producing reports, dashboards, data imports & exports, user set up and profiles, contact/account/opportunity management views, integration with applications, etc. Experience: Must have significant training & experience in the following areas (with an emphasis on Salesforce.com system administration): - experience with system & process analysis and requirements gathering; system administrator & configuration; sales processes; sales force automation tools or CRMs. - experience with system configuration, testing, deployment and maintenance. - experience as system & process analyst, business analyst, system administrator, test lead, etc. - experience with a formal SDLC - experience developing business solutions with a variety of tools - Salesforce.com advanced certification is required.
