If not Shell Candidate, must have PMO assistance experience and be local to Houston *Job Description:* The resource will interface with the members of the PMO network, as well as the Global PMO offshore team in India. As new requests and changes come into our group, this resource will need to do the proper analysis and work closely with those groups to determine the impact of the request to current processes and tools. They will need to manage stakeholder’s expectations and communicate plans. The resource will also participate as an analyst on any special projects that are driven by our group. This resource will be involved in the analysis of project data in PRT and assist the Global PMO offshore team with assurance activities and to help ensure data quality. They will need to develop a strong understanding of the PRT data and how it is used across our organization. The role will also provide mentoring and coaching with our Oil and Gas tools and framework - PM Toolkit, PRT and PDF.
