*Location: *Houston** *Duration: *5 months** *Houston Candidate preferred* *Texas Candidate OK* *Must be local to Texas* *Must have Business Analyst, Business Process improvement, Contract Management and Supplier Management* * * * * *Project Description * 1) Process Improvement: To implement improvements in demand management, Clearing House process, estimation of offshore costs, vendor performance reviews, speed-up negotiation process within the DS-BAM Supplier Management team. 2) JDE Feasibility Analysis: To recommend way forward to combine support with one supplier. *Roles and Responsibilities: * 1) Process improvement within Supplier Management team: - Analyze Billing process, identify and remove waste, compare and simplify the process, implement the process and embed the changes. - The Demand Management processes for KAS demands are combined into one form. This needs to be communicated and presented. - It needs to be measured if the new process is used - The process needs to be further improved where necessary. 2) JDE Feasibility Analysis: - Analyze if synergies are possible combining support of JDE apps. - Build request; get cost estimates from suppliers; do cost comparison; make proposal. *SkillName - Competency* Business Analysis (BA) - Required/Expert Business Process Improvement (PC) - Required/Basic Knowledge Contract Management (SC) - Required/Basic Knowledge *Soft Skills and Experience:* Experience in Supplier Management processes is beneficial for this role.
