Need Business Analyst Location: Farmers Branch, TX Duration: 6 Months Rate - $46/hr Skills: • Must have 4 to 5 years of Visio experience • Must have 4 to 5 years of Process Map Creation • Must have 4 to 5 years of UML and writing Use Cases • Excellent communication skills in that they must interact at a peer level, manager level, director level and Officer level in gathering business requirements and sometimes being able to sell a new alternative or approach that might cause a change in the way the business functions. • Must be able to articulate those requirements in a way a business user can comprehend and understand • Should have 2 to 3 years of Project Management experience and 2 to 3 years MS Project • Must be very patient and tolerant in working with all types and levels of people • Six Sigma experience would be a plus but not a requirement • Candidates should be able to provide: o An example of a use case they have written, an example of a process map created and an example of requirements that were written that were not part of a use case.
