Position: QA Analyst - Telegence Billing System Experience Location: Richardson,TX Duration: 12+ Months *Job Description:· * The functions associated with this position are detailed and technical in nature, and as such, require the abilities of an experienced analyst. · Processing Release and Distribution request for various groups in 34 Production Telegence markets. · Provide Production, LAB and QA Release and Distribution support, includes rotational 24x7 on-call support. · Preparing internal scripts for Release and Distribution group. · Processing Release and Distribution on STEF/Roamer tables on a weekly basis. · TLG version upgrades; testing Release and Distribution in 34 Telegence markets. · Must be analytical in nature and computer knowledgeable with strong SQL and Unix skills. · Must possess an in-depth understanding of the Telegence billing system and reference tables. · Must be self motivated, pay strong attention to detail, and demonstrate good time management and problem solving skills. · Must have the ability to perform in ambiguous situations and effectively prioritize workload. · Must have the ability to communicate effectively with various workgroups throughout the company. · Good team player that is willing to share ideas, tools, and time to collectively process daily workloads. *Required Skill:*- SQL Unix Analytical Skills Telegence billing system experience Self motivated and strong attn. to detail Strong team player Strong communication skills 24 X 7 Rotational availability Testing experience If you interested in this job position mentioned please response with your resume in MS word format with these details: Full Name: Current Location: Contact No (Cell and Landline): Email ID: Visa Status: Availability: Currently on Project (Y/N): Open to relocate: Total Exp US Exp.
