Job Description: *Required Crystal Report Developer with Remedy* Duration: 6 months Location : NYC Client needs someone to work as the developer on the following *Crystal projects:* *Experience on Remedy is MUST* 1. Write reports against *Nortel/Aveya Contact Center (ACD/Telephone Application).* There are currently reports, but I need to be able to combine data in a different way to make analysis easier. Attached is a sample spec if that is at all helpful. 2. Update existing Crystal Reports that report off of our *BMC Remedy system*. We are upgrading this system and moving to a *SaaS* model so need someone familiar with the mechanics of working with and helping to setup an* ODBC connection*. Additionally, the reports need to have a few fields modified and repointed. We will need this person to fully test all the report and provide hand-over documentation prior to the end of their engagement.
