*Responsibilities :*

·  Develop and implement solutions to mitigate issues and risks.

·  Understand Medicare Part D regulations and ensure that reconciliation
processes are in compliance with the regulation and product or client
requirements

·  Primary Responsibilities/Expected Contributions

·  Develop SOPs, business requirements, functional specifications, and
process flows to establish monthly reconciliation processes for The Client's
Medicare Member Enrollment System.

·  Compare enrollment data in the Client system to that of our clients’ and
to CMS data to identify and rectify discrepancies in a timely manner.

·  Ensure members receive coverage and minimize or eliminate financial
exposure to The Client and clients.

·  Develop metrics and control plans and charts to monitor enrollment
reconciliation efforts. Monitor plans and distribute periodic reports to
division management and functional partners.

·  Write queries and programs to match and analyze data.

·  Analyze identified discrepancies, understand discrepancy root cause, and
recommend system enhancements to prevent discrepancy in the future.

·  Monitor CMS requirements pertaining to the reconciliation efforts;

·  Define business requirements for process and system changes.

·  Complete all steps required to resolve compliance-related issues in a
timely and effective manner



*REQUIRED :*

   - *5 Years Experience Strong SQL experience*
   - *5+ Years Experience with Requiremnt writing,*
   - *5+ Years Experience with Data Structure and working with data*
   - *Demonstrated reconciliation experience within healthcare or finance
   environment*
   - *Structured thinker, excellent process and business requirements
   required.*
   - *Strong communication and organization skills*
   - *1+ year of Medicare Part D or Medicare Advantage enrollment experience
   required*
   - *Proficient in use of database tools to analyze, track and report on
   large quantities of data.  *
   - *Strong SQL experience is a must.*

*DESIRED :*

   - SAS and/or VBA is a nice to have.
   - PBM experience a plus

*2) Build Engineer - Unix*

*Responsibilities :*

   - The Build Engineer is focused on the development and maintenance of
   tools and procedures created to support the source code management
   requirements of the CLIENT internally developed Java-based applications.
   - In addition, the Build Engineer position is deeply involved in the
   support, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of Software Engineer-utilized
   servers, code compilation processes, software release mechanics, and source
   code management for the Client's internally developed Java-based
   applications.
   - This is a challenging and key role in the management of applications
   undergoing regular parallel development.
   - Solid, outgoing communication skills are necessary for regular
   interactions with software engineers, assisting them in branch management,
   software deployment and enforcement of THE CLIENT software release standards
   and practices.
   - Some level of system administration is intrinsic to the expected duties
   of the position along with comfort in navigating and querying databases.
   Some level of off-hours, on-call support is expected.

*Required Skills :*

   - 1-2 years Unix scripting such perl, bash, python or experience using
   php
   - Understand of parallel development methodologies using CVS or SVN
   - 1-2 years authoring build scripts using  ANT or Maven
   - Experience functioning is a Help Desk capacity

*Desired Skills :*

   - 1-2 years experience managing Tomcat application servers
   - Any experience in developing for or managing Intershop Enfinity servers

   - 1-2 years experience in managing a Maven corporate repository
   - 1-2 years experience in Maven repository management tools (Artifactory,
   Nexus, etc...)
   - Background in Java programming
