Responsibilities :

   - Ensures accuracy of all deliverables.
   - Monitors, controls, and reports on Quality and Process Gate compliance
   as laid out in the company's approved Best Practices including:
   BP007:Projoect Plan Management; BP015/16:Requirements Gathering;
   BP021:Software Design; BP023:Software Development and Unit Testing;
   BP027:Quality Assurance.
   - Collects, Analyzes, and reports on best practices metrics on all
   testing being carried out presently and going forward.
   - Recommend suggest solutions and their implementation.
   - Downstream follow up action arising out of the defect counts.
   - Establishes and maintains a QA resource demand projection based on
   pipeline of projects.
   - Designs and maintains documentation that confirms the delivery of these
   is on time.
   - Designs and implements approved team structures to support QA
   activities across the organization.
   - Establishes and implements a QA schedule calendar to effectively cross
   deploy QA resources across mulitple projects.
   - Continuously maintains and improves team member skill sets through
   design and implementation of formal training plans.
   - Designs and runs mentoring programs for QA personnel responsibilities
   and technology for efficient implementation.
   - Achieves and records documented positive feedback on quality assurance
   of our projects for every customer

Required :

   - Extensive experience working on Six Sigma processes as a validation
   lead.
   - Ability to define and gather metrics, proving complience to established
   SLAs
   - Solid in Quality Assurance Concepts
   - Ability to do reporting, and preparing excecutive documents.
   - Experience with AS/400 and Synon.
   - 8-10 years experience in similar role including experience with Test
   Strategic Planning.

   - Lead a Quality Assurance (QA) organization accountable for the quality
   of projects of high complexity, high risk, and high visibility;
   - Directs team in the areas of scheduling, testing, planning, and
   following application testing standards.
   - Participates in budgeting and capital equipment processes and quality
   improvement activities for the organization.
   - Meets scheduled milestones to ensure project/program objectives are met
   in a timely manner and has an in-depth knowledge of the principles,
   theories, practices and techniques for managing the activities related to
   planning, managing, and testing projects and programs.

*Required :*

   - 5-7+ years of demonstrated experience in applying QA/QC concepts and
   techniques within one or more application
   - Development methodologies in object oriented or mainframe environments.

   -  5-7 years of management experience, including at least 2-4 years
   managing a QA team.
   - Thorough knowledge of information technology quality assurance concepts
   and techniques, including extensive automation and reporting tools
   experience
   - Experience leading teams and/or analysts in testing projects required.
   Development experience preferred.
   - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
   required, two additional years of experience is required for each year of
   college not attained.
   - Extensive experience working on Synon/AS400 Systems and applications
   - 8-10 years experience in similar role including experience with Test
   Strategic Planning.
   - 8 Years Experience with the Ability to prepare test data, perform AS400
   data setups
   - 8-110 Years Experience Solid in Quality Assurance Concepts

*Desired :*

   - 5 Years Pharmacy Benefit Management Experience
