Senior Java Swing Development Lead for a 1 to 3 year enhancement/maintenance
project. Technical Lead experience (including leadership of offshore
resources) is key in this role. Technical experience must include an
extensive server side J2EE development background. Swing experience is also
key based on GUI development tasks.

*Requirements include:*
Technical Leadership skills
Offshore/Onshore Model - must have led both offshore and onsite developers
Extensive J2EE Server Side Development skills
Swing is a must as well based on GUI based development tasks.
Prefer that this candidate also have Enterprise Java Beans (EJB - (2.1)
experience.
Strong Client facing / communication skills as this resource is required to
communicate across all business units.
Prefer West Coast based candidates as this resource will be required to be
onsite for at least a year
