Roles and responsibilities: * • Provide impact analysis and support for new initiatives and projects. Includes creation of or comments on project requirements, processes, and solution proposal documents. Act as a liaison for global project teams to provide a focus on North America deliverables and requirements in the context of global projects. • Coordinate and facilitate analysis and documentation of business requirements, including functional and technical specifications. Requires significant interaction with a wide range of business users and multiple rounds of walkthrough sessions of the specifications with various working groups. • Identify and manage implementation of business improvement opportunities. Drive requirements gathering, develop action plan, create test plan, and provide end user training and documentation. • Ongoing management of loan trading platform, including upgrades and tests. Manage version deployment; coordinate test and application deployment teams while managing server, application versions, and production releases. • Effectively interpret strategic goals and objectives of the business community and IT. * Required Skills* • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong coordination skills working with multiple stakeholders across several technology platforms and business areas • Ability to build strong work relationships across a wide range of functions • Experience working through all phases of a SDLC in medium to large scale IT projects • Extensive experience in the following: requirements gathering and documentation, test case generation, test planning and execution • Strong Data Analysis, Report Development and Automation skills including: expertise in SQL queries, Microsoft Excel , Excel VBA, and Microsoft Access.
