Candidate will be responsible for leading technology team(s) in the

Plan and participate in all phases of .NET software application development

Interact directly with users and management to review problems, scope and

Guide teams in aspects of SDLC and multi-tier technology including client,
middle-tier and database.
Lead and manage development teams in designing and developing custom .NET
application solutions with accountability for teams' work and deliverables
Provide overall technical leadership and technical risk management on
assigned engagements
Work closely with developers and management to ensure the release of high
quality deliverables
Read, write, analyze, and interpret requirements documents.
Lead authoring of technical project documentation such as architecture
diagrams, data models, process flows, use cases and object models
Mentor and train junior software developers
*Requirements:*
5+ years experience leading implementation of enterprise web applications,
architecting and designing technical solutions for client engagements using
.NET technologies
*7 - 10 years of overall experience*, including at least 3 years management
experience.
Hands-on software development experience on *web platforms and technologies*
Extensive experience in *Microsoft .NET framework, C# or VB.NET, Visual
Studio 2005/2008, ASP.NET, Oracle or SQL Server databases*
Experience with project management and development toolsets, including the *MS
Office suite, MOSS, Visio, MS Project, and Visual Studio Team System, Team
Foundation Server *
Experience with *XML, Web Services, SOAP* and related standards and
technologies
Experience in managing and communicating with globally distributed teams is

*Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*

*IIS*).
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems (or related field), or at
least six (6) years of work experience required.
