Currently functioning as a BA or a BA lead on a large scale project. . Business analysis and application development life cycle experience. . Review solutions recommendations of others, conduct post-implementation analysis, provide solution(s). . Develop, at all levels of complexity, specifications for applications, systems and services efforts. . Must be well-organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment. . Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills. . Ensure high-quality, proper, and consistent documentation of solution requirements. . Excellent understanding and familiarity of technical environment. . Experience with Visio. . Ability to interpret ERD diagrams and create high level presentation material. Experience Required 4 + years of experience in the field as a Business Analyst Roles & Responsibilities : . Function as a lead BA working with Business users and Vendors. . Communicate up with executives as well as other analysts. . Translate business requirements to technical documents. . Lead breakout sessions and coordinate between business units. .
