.     Exposure of Apache SiteMinder and LDAP is preferred

.     Exposure to Linux, shell scripting, SQL

.     Experience in insurance business domain

.     Exposure to Java & J2EE technologies such as Struts and Spring

.     Exposure to SOA architecture - Web services

.     Co-ordinate with offshore team on a daily basis.

.     Perform initial triage on bugs to decide if coding changes are

required
