*Position- .NET Developer with Mobile(Apple/Android) Application Dev Exp *
*Location- MD*
*Duration- 6 Months Contract*
Plans and conducts independent work requiring judgment in the evaluation,
selection, development, application and adaptation of information systems
techniques, procedures and criteria in areas including application support,
software engineering and business analysis. Devises new approaches to
problems encountered to provide solutions to the customer.
*Basic Qualifications*
5+ years professional software development experience
· 5+ years experience with web development tools such as *.NET /
AJAX / HTML5 / CSS3*
· 5+ years experience with Microsoft SQLServer and Oracle databases
· 3+ years experience in mobile applications development
· *Experience with Apple iOS development*
· Experience with Six Sigma methodology
· Proven ability to create specifications and document client
requirements
· Proven ability to comply with software development methodologies
and quality requirements
· Proven ability to work in a team environment
· Proven ability to effectively partner with customers
· Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field
*Essential Responsibilities*
· Meets with end users to determine system needs and assists in
managing processes from origination to project completion, including
conceptual design, functional specification, testing and implementation.
· Develops programming specifications from business requirements in
consultation with end users.
· Document s end user requirements and gains approval prior to
proceeding with development efforts.
· Analyzes gaps in business processes and formulates short term and
long-term solutions to ensure support of company goals and objectives.
· Defines business requirements, coordinates resources, monitors
timelines, and performs company and project planning.
· Partners with business leads, (external vendors, consultants, and
other IT team members) quality leads etc. in designing solution prototypes,
addressing system issues and managing any changes to any appropriate mobile
and web based applications.
· Guides project implementation of mobile and web application
systems by performing gap analysis, creating communicating well-written
documentation and presentations; play a role during such implementations to
guide the project to success along with other project leads.
*Additional Information - Preferred Qualifications *
· Understanding infrastructure and network services, including
TCP/IP, routing, server architectures, Xen, etc
· Recent experience with mobile application development for Apple,
Android, etc.
· Six Sigma Certification
