Functional4-8 Years of PeopleSoft (HRMS),Core HR experience.
Knowledge of PS HCM 9.1 is a must.
Strong Knowledge of NA Payroll functional area is desired(Exposure to Ben
Admin /TL will be added advantage ).
Candidate should have experience in at least 1-2 end to end Upgrades/
Implementations.
Experience in PeopleSoft Payroll Upgrade project desirable
Candidate should have Good Communication and Client facing skills.
Should be able to conduct workshops and Fit Gaps at Client site.Should be
able to guide a team 3-4
