Rate + exp ( Around $80/hr ) IMPORTANT Work willl be done for the Canadian firm. ROLE Change Management Lead Responsibilities/Deliverables/Required skills . In collaboration with project leads, lead day to day to project execution for the Change Management, Communication and Training teams . Develop change management strategy to provide for a successful transition and adoption of new delivery model, process and technology . Aggressively manage risk points between areas . Participate in key leadership meetings and sessions (interviews,alignment process) . Coach and support leaders/managers to identify behaviour changes necessary to support new process, technology and service delivery model . Review and provide quality reviews to all change management deliverables . Provide in-depth Change Management subject-matter knowledge . Monitor and track the status of assigned project activities/deliverables .
