Work with client Change Leads to analyze stakeholders and their communication needs . Work with communications lead to identify various stakeholders' communications needs . Define communications, communication medium and communication timeframes . Develop and get sign-off on communications . Develop the Communication Strategy and Plan, and manage the communication process with the Communication lead . Lead communication materials development .
