Person should have worked on SharePoint 2010 custom and out of the box implementations (including the following areas) i. Custom web parts development and deployment ii. Editing /modifying the content using SharePoint Designer 2010 iii. Event receivers iv. Workflows (SharePoint Designer 2010 and Visual Studio 2010) v. Exposure to enterprise features of SharePoint 2010 2.
