*Needed Required Skills:*
* * Siebel Universal Customer Master (UCM)*
* Minimum 4 years of hands-on work experience in Siebel Enterprise
Application Integration (EAI) or Configuration development for medium to
large Siebel (v 7.0 & up ). Project Implementation using Siebel Tools
Configuration (EAI non EAI related), Siebel Data Mapper, Siebel EAI Adapters
& Converters, Siebel VBCs, Siebel eScripting, Siebel Business Process
Designer (Siebel Workflow Process /Programs, Business Services,
Assignments), Middleware, Web Services, MQ /HTTP transports, Siebel
Communications Server, Universal Queuing, Siebel Data Model knowledge,
including mapping Integration /business requirements to Siebel
functionalities, available adapters /business services, analyzing gaps,
designing quality technical solutions and documenting.
* Also required are strong Problem Solving, Analytical, Organization,
and Communication and presentation skills.
* Must have practiced industry standard methodologies and best
practices.
*Preferred Skills:* Siebel 7.0 Certification, Retail Industry, EIM, System
Administration, Data Administration. Siebel Environment Platform -
DB2/Mainframe, UNIX, Windows 2000.
*Years of experience: 4
Soft Skills Needed:*
* Strong verbal and written communications.
* Typically considers courses of action within broad policies and medium
term goals when solving problems.
* Typically required to provide status reports to management as
appropriate.
* Typically has frequent contact outside workgroup.
* Typically faces situations that have a variety of interpretations and

*Will provide support of the Siebel UCM application. *The appropriate
candidate will be responsible for performing support/development of Siebel
UCM Projects, and break/fix releases to insure high quality implementations
of Siebel UCM releases to the business partners.
