Yahoo id: *nag_1432* Hi Friends, Job title:Enterprise Application Manager - Baseline Support Location: Alaska (Anchorage) Duration: 3 Months Job description: The IT Applications Manager is responsible for the management and support of enterprise business applications and enables, directly and through the coordination of resources, the efficient and accurate use of business applications by all business areas. The IT Applications Manager maintains the integrity and availability of critical business systems and data, is responsible for establishing and maintaining positive customer and business relationships with business areas and manages enterprise applications to meet Service Level Agreements. Directly supervises and manages the daily activities of System Analysts and Systems Support staff in the completion of assigned projects in a 24/7 on call environment. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance and managing employee performance issues; and addressing complaints and resolving problems. Work with the system owners, technical staff, and outside consultants to create, implement, and update application strategic roadmaps and tactical plans Provide guidance and support the I.T. Developers on all facets of requirements gathering, system design, development, testing, and deployment. Work closely with the functional users, I.T.
