Project Description:
Customer is requesting a Lead Consultant to guide them through a full SM
implementation. The SM functional Lead will be charged with leading the
Business Process Design to advise & manage senior business and IT leads.
Requirements:
1.            Must have  3-5+ years of SAP SM functional requirements
gathering and configuration experience including  relating to:
a.            Gathering business requirements
b.            Design and configuration of SAP Service Mgmt. components such
as
i.              Service Notifications,
ii.             Service Orders,
iii.            Contracts,
iv.           Quotes,
v.            Activity Types & Rates, Catalogs
vi.           Repair Orders; Billable, non-Billable, Resource Related
Billing
vii.          Warranty (Customer)

c.             Solution walk through, gap assessment, providing work
arounds, testing and training
d.            Maintaining required documentation per process and application
determined by Client
2.            Must have previous experience as a ITIL/ITSM Business Analyst
with the ability to gather and document user requirements and assist in
building a SAP implementation blueprint;

a.            Contribute to and / or lead the development of client
deliverables such as current state assessment reports, future state designs,
requirements documents, IT process flows, operational procedures, training
plans, and more.
b.            Organize and document findings of current state assessments,
client working sessions, industry research, etc.
c.             Prepare recommendations for implementation of new procedures
/ systems.
3.            Demonstrated knowledge of IT management frameworks (ITIL,
eTOM, COBiT, Six Sigma, etc…) - certifications preferred.
a.            Should have hands-on experience with the implementation,
configuration and/or use of one or more leading IT service management tools
(e.g. BMC Remedy, HP Service Manager, IBM Maximo, CA Unicenter, Service-now,
newScale, etc.) - certifications are a plus.
4.            Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of the
organization.
5.            Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be strong and
effective communicator
6.            Good writing skills and ability to multi task in the support
of this project.
