Location: MADISON, Wisconsin Duration: 2 year contract DPI requires expertise in the installation and support of the Microsoft BI tool set including SSRS and SSIS. Candidate must be able to install and stabilize the system, install new software releases, perform system upgrades, evaluate and installs patches and resolve software related issues. Candidate must be able to make hardware configuration recommendations. Candidate must also be strong in "using" these technologies and able to train the DPI IT staff in using same. Experience with MS SQL Server is beneficial. *Microsoft BI tools * MS SQL Server * SSRS * Monitor and maintain software and hardware for optimal performance * Server builds and troubleshooting experience 3+ Yrs.* DPI is implementing SSRS and SSIS as part of our data warehouse toolset and will also become the standard reporting toolset within the agency. We are looking for a person who is an expert with SSRS and the administration of the SSRS/SSIS server environment. Experience with the administration of SQL Server would also be beneficial. DPI uses Oracle 11g in its operational environment and experience with the connections between SSRS and Oracle would be ideal. This person must be well organized and have excellent collaboration, communication and problem solving skills.
