- *5+ years of experience*
- *in web-based user interface design experience and work samples.
Corporate intranet design experience is a plus*
- *in Adobe PhotoShop and Adobe Illustrator skills*
- *with knowledge of Adobe Indesign, Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, Word
and Excel. Strong skills are a plus*
- *with proficiency in creating logos, icons, banners, wireframes,
interactive prototypes, graphic mockups and styleguides*
- *of user-centered design, usability and best practices*
- *Experience designing for Lotus Connections, Websphere Portal and/or
WCMS*
- *3+ years of experience with web development technologies such as
HTML/XHTML, CSS , Javascript, DOM, XML, Flash, Flex or Silverlight*
- *Strong verbal and written communication and leadership skills
demonstrated with both technical and non-technical personnel *
- *UX and IA skills with experience in competitive analysis, task
analysis, persona development, card sorting exercises, usability testing,
focus group testing, concept modeling*
- *Self starter with strong sense of ownership and accountability.*
