* Title: Cognos Developer Location: Green borough, NC Duration: 6+ Months Job Description: *- Minimum 6+ years of experience - -At least 3 years of experience in Retail domain - Strong Data warehousing and Business Intelligence background - Strong in ETL basics and concepts - Excellent knowledge & work Experience in IBM Cognos intelligence 8.4.1 & above versions or above. - Very good experience in various Cognos components like Cognos Report Studio, Query Studio, Metric Studio - At least 2 years of strong experience in Cognos Framework Manager modeling - Worked at least in two End to end Cognos development projects & deployed into the production environment - Good knowledge in SQL and Store Procedures against DB2 database. - Good knowledge in Data Modeling & Knowledge on any modeling tool is a plus. - Hands on experience in UNIX & shell scripting are a Plus. - Requirement analysis & interaction with end users - Ability to lead a team from offshore & able to deliver the project on time - Ability to interact with customer directly on new business requirements * Additional Pluses: *- Exposure to Cognos migration projects - Exposure to Datastage ETL tool * ** * Thanks and Regards, Manoj/InfoTech Spectrum Inc.
