Required Skills: - 5+ years IT Project experience in either PM and/or BSA role. - 2+ years Consumer Installment Lending experience. - 1+ years Consumer Lending collections/recovery experience. - Served as “lead” BSA on multiple projects. - Excellent ability to gather business requirements. - Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical individuals. - Excellent verbal communication and writing skills are required. - Outstanding negotiation, facilitation, and consensus building skills. - Solid MS Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint skills. - Flexible self-starter and team player. Preferred Skills: - 2+ years experience as BSA within Client. - 1+ years QA and testing phase experience. - 3+ years experience with COTS implementations. - 2+ years Process modeling, business process design. - Knowledge of diverse technologies and new and current architectures.
