*Relevant Experience (Yrs)*:
6+ Years of total and 2+ years BI/OBIEE or any other reporting *Training
SME/Faculty*

*Technical/Functional Skills*:
· Must have good understanding about OBIEE reporting tool functional
features and overall Architecture.
- Ability to interact with project, application support teams and Users
to define required End-User training needs
- Development and design of training materials, processes, framework and
techniques
- Create interactive train the trainer software, application training
packages
- Should be able to act as training SME, prepare training & other related
presentations
- Conduct trainings on BI reporting to all User levels and follow-up with
technical teams to get any advanced inputs as needed
- Must have trained/mentored Analysts, Development & Support IT teams in
the past.
- Curriculum development utilizing a variety of tools including
instructional guides and workbooks and interactive software programs.
- Evaluation of current training material and effectiveness. Classroom
style and one-on-one training
- Ability to setup, install the required training packages, cases
studies, reporting tools like OBIEE 10g, 11g (initial help would be
provided, if needed)
*Roles & Responsibilities*: Must be able to act as Enterprise Business
Intelligence Center (EBIC) Application Reporting Training SME to define
training framework and ensure its execution
*Generic Managerial Skills*: Mentor and provide inputs/feed for project
teams and end-users to improve Reporting Program effectiveness

*Education*: No Preference. However, any certification in training as
faculty would be advantage. Certified Oracle University ideal.
