- AS IS and TO BE
- Understand the current process and work with Motorola IT and Business
leads to define the standardized business processes
- Solution design ( CRP, Gap analysis and RICE identification )
- Application configuration
- Implementation
- Training
*Generic Managerial Skills *:
1. Good inter personal skills in managing client and offshore.
2. Business analysis skill set includes critical thinking skills,
requirements analysis and management.
3. Configuration validation and sign off of all project deliverables
4. Define key success factors and also testing/prototype objectives and
verify requirements are testable
