The resource should have proven hands on experience with requirements gathering, design, development, integration to CMS systems, and implementation as it relates to SharePoint 2010. The resource should be able to effectively communicate SharePoint 2010 best practices, and demonstrate an ability to creatively transform a primarily informational intranet website into a dynamic and engaging SharePoint 2010 website with relevant social media capabilities. The resource will work with a cross-functional team and be required to present and convey ideas to a diverse audience of constituents. The ideal candidate should be persuasive from a business perspective, yet technically savvy and conversant in related technologies that are complementary to SharePoint 2010.
