*Title: **Business Analyst with (Healthcare / Life Sciences / R&D)** Duration: 6 + Months Location: **Florham Park, NJ* *Job Description :* Business Analyst who is a self starter. - Ability to make decisions and move things forward. - Interact with the Business users and customer IT. - Enable a good relationship with the Business customers and set right expectations. - Interacting with clients across geographies. - Working with a team spread across onsite and offshore. - Dynamic communication skills - Documenting solution approaches and making recommendations for future platforms. - Reaching out to the extended team for inputs and support as needed. - Reaching out to other areas in the organization if there is a potential for spinning off a project. - Tracking and publishing the status of the DBs which are put through this analysis. - Presentations to review boards. - Periodic updates back to the main program. - Ability to multitask and work at different stages in multiple DBs.
