*Experience & Skills*
1. 5+ years general software development experience.
2. 3+ years of experience with SharePoint 2007 and Project Server
2007 (designing, developing, testing & installation).
3. Must have a strong understanding of SharePoint 2007 (farm
architecture, custom solutions, web-parts, workflows, forms, site columns,
content types, site templates, SharePoint Designer, etc.) and Project Server
2007 (Enterprise Configuration, Security, Timesheets, Views, PSI, etc.), MS
Project 2007 (Project Templates, VBA Macros, etc.).
4. Should have experience with C#/ASP.NET programming (Visual Studio
2005/2008) to develop SharePoint (SharePoint technologies, web-related
technologies, web-parts, features, packages, etc.) and Project Server (PSI,
events extension, Macros) solutions.
5. Should have experience with Windows 2003/2008 and SQL server
2005/2008, SQL database management and troubleshooting skills, experience
with HTTP/HTTPS, Windows internals, Active Directory.
6. Experience in deploying, enhancing, configuring, and supporting
3rd party web parts and products.
7. Experience supporting development teams, administering servers,
version control systems, etc.
8. Excellent communication skills
*Role Description :* Responsibilities include : implementing and maintaining
enterprise SharePoint and Project Server applictions; leveraging and
extending out of the box SharePoint and Project Server functionality to
deliver solutions; performing hands on development of custom
applications/web parts and design forms to support additional functionality;
designing, customizing and maintaining templates. Additionally, this
position will be involved in daily administration, support and deployments
of applications within the SharePoint and Project Server environment.
