It would also be nice if the applicant has experience with SAP credit card processing and On Demand interfacing with Paymetric., as well as experience with SAP Global Trade Services (GTS). SAP Delivery and Inventory Management Configuration and Functional Expertise SAP Service Management Configuration and Functional Expertise – Understanding of SAP Customer Service functions, Equipment Masters, QM Notifications, Capital purchases and install base management, service billing, and call center management. Experience with working in Healthcare where systems are highly validated due to the regulatory nature of the business environment. Experience with HP Service Desk and Service Manager Excellent customer service skills Excellent communication skills Excellent organization skills Must have enough experience to troubleshoot independently but also work well in a team environment. *Responsibilities:* Performs support of SAP production applications by responding to support desk calls, tracking problems/issues, resolving issues and following up with end users.
