· 4 to 6 years
· Expertise in Defining Non Functional requirements
- Definition of Performance testing and Monitoring strategy
- Understanding of basic J2EE and Oracle applications to do performance
analysis and tuning of J2EE or Oracle based systems
- Execution of performance tests on need basis.
- Leading performance Engineering projects
- Bottle neck analysis and defining performance test strategies
- Excellent Presentation & Communication (verbal and written) skills.
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience with the following tools:
- Wily Introscope or any J2EE Profiler
- Load Runner
- IBM Web sphere or Any J2EE Application Server
· Liaise with business, technical (Developers & Architects, DBA)
and application support groups.
- Architecture and Design review with respect to performance.
- Define proactive performance management framework
- Timely triage & restoration of service as well as thorough root cause
analysis.
- Ensure the delivery of the performance testing, tuning and monitoring
solutions.
- Able to plan/track tasks/activities
- Capacity Planning and Scheduling
- Report progress/challenges to Project Manager
