*Location:* Roseland, New Jersey *Start Date:* ASAP** *Duration:* 6+ months *Status: Citizen, Green Card, EAD or H1* *JOB SUMMARY* · This Sr. Genesys “SME”/Architect position will vary in the scope of project responsibilities; however generally this position will focus on: designing & architecting the Genesys Framework, intelligent routing design, High Availability redundancy, working with Genesys on call routing architecture, and migration from an Avaya shop to a Genesys shop. Resource needs to be able to assist ADP with moving their routing to Genesys.
