Job Description The Taleo System Administrator will partner with Talent Management, Human Resources, IT teams, and other system administrators, to ensure content and functionality of the system, create reports, and serve as technical support.
Experience: • Solid knowledge and skills with the administration of Taleo Enterprise Edition 7.5, Taleo version 10, and eQuest Job Board functionality. Taleo Analytics (advanced reporting) preferable. • 3+ years of related human resources and/or recruitment working experience. • Recruiting experience strongly preferred. • Broad range of network and desktop knowledge, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows. • Experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) including Workday and/or integrations with Taleo preferable. • Previous training design and delivery experience highly desired. Desired Skills & Experience Skills: • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and analyze root causes to ensure timely resolution. • Clear and effective oral and written communications in both technical and non-technical formats. • Ability to develop effective enterprise solutions to complex issues. System Administration: • Assists with the Taleo implementation, testing, and documentation of all processes and applications. • Serves as a key team member for Taleo customizations, system upgrades and implementations • Works closely with the Corporate Staffing organization to develop system strategies to meet business needs. • Develops, documents, and enforces Taleo processes set forth by Staffing team. • Reviews, enters, updates and maintains Taleo content including custom correspondence, job templates, prescreening/disqualification libraries, user set ups, career center changes, global setting, etc. • Leads system administration conference calls for transfer of knowledge and system understanding. • Maintains knowledge of Taleo developments through training courses, seminars, and publications. Reporting: • Understand and produces standard and customized reports to end users as required. • Interfaces with all Corporate team to gather requirements for reporting. • Creates queries for ad hoc reports as needed. Technical Support: • Operates as System Administrator Power User including training of Taleo users to ensure efficient and effective use of system. • Provides end-user trouble shooting support to all Taleo users and external candidates. • Supports end-users with all aspects of application functionality. • Serves as liaison between Taleo users and Information Technology (IT). • Reviews and edit end user data entry errors. • In conjunction with IT and HRIS, investigates and troubleshoots all Taleo system related errors. Education: • Bachelor's degree in technical related field or related certification preferred; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
