The candidate must also be able to *administer the content management system, including database table design, user account management and workflow design*. Some web development tasks may be needed, including HTML development, Javascript and CSS coding. *Requirements*:- Minimum *5 years’ of development experience with J2EE platform*. Project experience with open source Java technologies such as Tomcat, JBoss, Struts. Web development skills such as XHTML, CSS, JavaScript and XSLT. Prior experience using *CMS software tools like Documentum or Vignette*. Basic understanding of object-oriented design and development. Comprehensive experience designing content solutions for consumers and businesses. Experience with front-end design and web analytics a strong plus. Ability to rapidly prototype designs as needed.
