*Technical/Functional Skills * Test Management tools:  *Quality Centre, Team
Track*

Database knowledge: SQL Server 2000 & 2005,

Database Language: PL/SQL

*Business Domain: Investments (Preferred)*

*Experience Required*

   - Must have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience of Testing
   Concepts, Processes and Methodologies
   - Must be Well versed with testing on Desktop, Web, VB, Oracle, UNIX
   applications
   - Must be involved in all stages of Test life cycle i.e. Test planning,
   Test Script development and Defect Management
   - Must have extensively working on different types of testing such as
   Functional, GUI, System and Regression testing
   - Must have hands on experience on Quality Center
   - Must have a very good skill in Analyzing and interpreting the test
   execution results
   - Must have worked on Defect Management Process
   - Must have worked on Test Data Preparation for various scenarios
   - Well –versed with client management skills and team leading abilities



*Roles & Responsibilities*

   - Analyzing Requirements and identifying Gaps if any
   - Preparation of Test plan
   - Maintain Requirement Traceability matrix while testing
   - Development of test cases & Development of test data
   - Development of SQL Scripts as part of test case preparation
   - Test Case Reviews & Execution of the test cases
   - Documenting test results & entering, tracking, and rectifying defects
   to closure
   - Communicates daily status to Project Manager
   - Single Point of Contact for Testers, Developers and Business Users
   - Coordination between off-shore and onsite team
   - Preparing Test Report at the end of every Release
   - Resolves all system issues for the testing team and communicates issue
   status



*Generic Managerial Skills: *Client management skills and Team leading
abilities.
*Education: *Bachelor of Engineering; Masters Degree preferred*
